The rationale

One robot.
22 wasted hours.

A humanoid can do every chore in your home in two hours. At $20–50K, no family adds that to their budget. And even if they did — it sits idle the other 22 hours of every day. We fix both problems at once.

The more we deploy, the lower the effective cost per rental — the more households can afford it. The richer data we generate, the smarter the robots become. The robot pays for itself. The flywheel switches from luxury service to household utility.

The loop
Better data → better robots → more bookings
What we offer manufacturers

Everything your
fleet needs to earn.

You've built the most capable hardware in the world. The gap isn't the robot — it's distribution, operations, and real-world data. We close all three.

01 · Distribution

A demand channel into real homes

Live, paying customers from day one. No retail. No sales team. No warehouse sitting.

Day 1 revenue
02 · Data

Real-home training data at scale

Every shift generates multi-room, multi-task behavioral data labeled in real time. Labs can't replicate this.

∞ labeled actions
03 · Operations

We handle logistics end to end

Scheduling, dispatch, operator supervision, safety protocols, payments. You ship the unit — we run it.

Zero overhead
04 · Model

Revenue-share, no exclusives

We take a share per shift. You keep full unit ownership and can supply to anyone else. No lock-in.

Rev-share only
05 · Scale

City-by-city deployment

SF first. Then LA, NYC, Chicago. Each city a dense cluster of shifts that maximizes utilization per unit.

SF → national
06 · Flywheel

More shifts = smarter robots

The data we generate goes back to you. Better models ship faster. Better robots generate more bookings. The loop compounds.

Compounding ROI

We've already signed LOIs with two humanoid manufacturers. China has 1,500 robot rental companies. The US has one — us. If you're building humanoids and want your units in American homes, let's talk.

Privacy & safety

Your home
stays yours.

A robot in your home requires real trust. Here's exactly how we've designed for it — no fine print.

Zero footage stored after shift ends
01

No footage retained

The live feed exists only during your shift window. Nothing is recorded to our servers. When the shift ends, the stream terminates — permanently.

02

Movement data only

The robot logs kinematic data — how it moved, which tasks it completed, how long each took. No audio. No biometrics. No identity data from your home.

03

Access ends with the shift

Once a shift ends, the operator session closes and remote access is revoked. The unit cannot be re-activated without explicit re-approval from you.

04

You're always in control

Cancel mid-shift from the app. Override any task. Watch live at any time. If you say stop — the robot stops. Full veto power, zero friction.

05

$1M liability coverage

Every shift carries $1 million in liability insurance. Breakage, accidents, damage — covered. You bear zero financial risk from a shift gone wrong.

06

Data never sold

Behavioral data goes exclusively to the robot's manufacturer to train the unit that served you. It is never sold to third parties, never used for advertising, ever.

Questions

Good to know.

ROBOOK is a rental marketplace for humanoid robots. Households book by the hour for chores; manufacturers supply units on revenue-share. We sit in the middle — matching, supervising, handling safety and payments.

No. Full humanoids — built by Figure, 1X, Apptronik, Unitree and others. They walk between rooms, use your appliances, and handle multi-step chores a Roomba can't touch.

No stranger walks in. A trained operator supervises each shift remotely. The only thing in your home is the robot. You can watch the live feed from the app the entire time.

$32/hr, booked in 2-hour blocks — $64 for a standard shift. No subscription, deposit, surge pricing or tips. You only pay for hours the robot works.

Launching in San Francisco first, then expanding city by city. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you the moment shifts open in your neighborhood.

We onboard fleets from any chore-capable humanoid platform on revenue-share. You get distribution and a continuous stream of labeled in-home data. Tap "Partner with us" above and we'll set up a call.
